Role & responsibilities

Machine Setup and Operation:Load materials into CNC machines and configure tools based on job specifications.Initiate machining cycles and monitor the operation of CNC machines.Production Monitoring:Continuously monitor production processes to ensure they meet quality and efficiency standards.Make real-time adjustments to machine settings as needed for optimal performance.Issue Identification:Identify potential issues during production, such as tool wear, machine malfunctions, or deviations from specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve minor problems to minimize downtime.Tool Inventory Management:Maintain an organized tool inventory and ensure the availability of required tools for specific jobs.Perform regular checks on tool condition and replace or refurbish as necessary.Quality Assurance:Conduct inspections of machined parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet specified tolerances.Report any deviations from quality standards and collaborate with the quality control team.Machine Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.Coordinate with the maintenance team for scheduled maintenance activities.
