CNC Heavy Lathe Operation:Operate and set up heavy CNC lathes for machining oil & gas components.Perform CNC programming and tool selection for optimal results.Machining Oil & Gas Components:Execute precision machining of components used in the oil & gas industry.Ensure compliance with specified tolerances and quality standards.Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough inspections using precision measuring tools to verify part dimensions.Identify and rectify any deviations from engineering specifications.Tool Maintenance:Maintain and troubleshoot CNC tools and equipment.Collaborate with the maintenance team for routine checks and repairs.*Proficient in CNC programming and operation.*Knowledge of heavy CNC turning processes.*Familiarity with oil & gas component machining requirements.*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
