Role & responsibilities

Machine Operation:Set up and operate CNC/VMC and HMC machines for milling, drilling, and tapping operations.Load raw materials and program CNC machines based on engineering drawings.Monitor operations, make necessary adjustments, and ensure product quality.Tool Changes and Maintenance:Perform tool changes and offsets for efficient machining.Inspect and replace cutting tools and conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines.Quality Control:Inspect finished products for conformance to specifications.Use precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions.Make adjustments to machine settings for quality adherence.Material Handling:Handle and organize raw materials and finished parts.Use forklifts or material handling equipment for material movement.Safety and Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and follow regulations and standards.Ensure a safe working environment and report equipment malfunctions promptly.
